Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Singapore. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once processing begins, changes can no longer be made.

After receiving a shipment notification, allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. We verify shipping information on each order during the confirmation stage to minimize errors.

Delivery Times

After placing your order, allow 1-3 business days for processing. In peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Delivery times post-dispatch are as follows:

  • Economy Shipping: 3-12 business days depending on your location. Delivery can take up to 30 days in some regions.
  • Priority Shipping: 3-7 business days for the following regions:
    • United States
    • Canada
    • United Kingdom
    • Australia
    • New Zealand
    • EU (Germany, France, Italy, Austria)

We offer a full refund if products are not delivered within 30 days of ordering.

Packaging

As a professional bag supplier, we ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. All orders are packed in bubble wrap inside a secondary outer box, which includes the original gift box, to protect against damage during shipping.

Shipping Note

Most orders are processed within 1-3 days and arrive within 3-12 business days in the US, CA, UK, AUS, NZ, and EU. Delivery times may vary outside these regions and can be affected by your country’s customs processing, which is not included in the estimated time and is beyond our control. Please note, our free shipping does not cover customs fees.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another when it is dispatched. Please ensure all details, like email and shipping address, are correct when ordering. We do not refund or resend orders detained by local post due to incorrect addresses.

If a product has not been delivered within 30 business days, we will issue a full refund.

Tax Policy

Prices on our website are displayed in US dollars and include tax, so no additional tax payments are required upon receipt of your order.

Marked as Delivered

If an item is marked as delivered by the postal service but has not arrived, contact your local post office immediately and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. Upon receiving the required documentation, we will endeavor to resend a replacement order. Please contact us at service@elitecarryco.com with all necessary details.
